BillSight is an AI-powered tool that analyzes medical and utility bills to provide plain-English breakdowns, identify potential overcharges, and generate dispute letter templates. The Service is available in a free tier (limited analyses per month) and a paid Pro tier (unlimited analyses).

3. Disclaimer — Not Professional Advice

BillSight is for informational purposes only. It is not legal, medical, or financial advice. The analyses and dispute letters generated by BillSight are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You should always:

Verify all information independently
Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions
Consult a qualified attorney for legal questions
Consult a qualified financial advisor for financial questions
Review any dispute letter carefully before sending it

BillSight is not a medical provider, healthcare organization, law firm, or financial institution.

4. No Liability for AI Errors

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze bills. AI can and does make mistakes. We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the AI-generated analyses or dispute letters. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may be incorrect or incomplete
Fair price estimates are approximations and may not reflect your specific market or situation
Dispute letters are templates that require your review and customization
You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on BillSight's output

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Upload files that contain malware or malicious code
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use the Service to generate fraudulent dispute letters or false claims
Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

The BillSight name, logo, and application code are our property. The analyses and dispute letters generated for you are yours to use as you see fit. You retain all rights to any documents you upload.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store your uploaded medical documents — they are deleted immediately after processing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillSight and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the Service
Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
Any unauthorized access to your account
Any actions taken based on the Service's output

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
