Our AI reads every line item, compares charges against fair pricing data and standard billing codes, and gives you a clear breakdown of what you were charged, what it should cost, and any errors found. No account is needed for your first look. To access the free tier (2 analyses per month), you'll need a free account. For unlimited analyses, upgrade to Pro.
Privacy & Security
Absolutely. We do not store your uploaded documents. Files are processed in memory and immediately deleted after your analysis is complete. We never sell your data to third parties.
Only our AI (powered by Anthropic Claude) processes your bill via an encrypted API connection. No humans review your documents at any point during the analysis process.
No. Your documents are deleted immediately after processing, whether the analysis succeeds or fails. We do not save, copy, archive, or back up your uploaded files.
Dispute Letters
A dispute letter is a formal letter you send to a hospital, medical provider, or insurance company challenging incorrect charges on your bill. BillSight writes one customized to your specific bill, referencing the exact charges, billing codes, and fair pricing data relevant to your case.
Yes. The letter BillSight generates is a template customized with your bill details. You can review it, make any personal edits, and then send it. We recommend reviewing the letter and adding any additional context before sending.

Many hospitals and providers reduce bills when presented with documented evidence of errors or overcharges. While results vary, having a professionally written, data-backed letter significantly increases your chances of a successful dispute.
Billing & Account
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
We do not issue refunds for partial months. When you cancel, you retain full access to Pro features through the end of your paid billing period.
The Expert service connects you with a human billing advocate who reviews your case and negotiates directly with your provider on your behalf. There is no upfront cost — the advocate takes 25% of whatever they save you. If they don't save you money, you don't pay.

BillSight is available in 6 languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese, and Tagalog. You can select your preferred language from the app interface.
